Renowned for our innovative approach in providing mortality verification solutions, our platform is extensively utilized across various sectors to monitor retirees and prevent pension overpayments, serving clients such as insurance companies, government agencies, and major financial institutions.
We are seeking an Account Manager to manage relationships with our existing client base while taking on some sales-related tasks in the beginning. The role will evolve into a fully dedicated account management position. Initially, you will focus on nurturing and growing client relationships while supporting limited business development efforts. Over time, your responsibilities will shift entirely to account management, allowing you to concentrate on client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities:Primary Responsibilities - Account Management:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of clients, managing relationships and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Proactively assess client needs, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, addressing issues and providing ongoing support.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., product, sales, and marketing) to ensure client needs are fully addressed.
  • Provide regular updates, performance reports, and reviews to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.Secondary Responsibilities - Sales Support (Initial Phase):
    • Assist in identifying potential upsell or cross-sell opportunities within your client portfolio.
    • Support limited sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team on new client acquisition strategies.
    • Participate in client presentations or product demos as needed to support business development efforts.
      Transition:As the role progresses, you will gradually reduce your sales-related tasks and transition to a purely account management-focused role, where your primary goal will be to ensure long-term client success, satisfaction, and retention.
      Training and Support:You will receive comprehensive training to familiarize yourself with ABL Tech's products, services, and the regulatory environments we operate in. Ongoing support will be provided as you transition fully into account management.
      Qualifications:
      • Minimum 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or a related field.
      • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
      • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
      • Ability to anticipate client needs and proactively offer solutions to enhance their experience.
      • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple client relationships and balance both account management and limited sales duties.
      • Excellent problem-solving skills, with a focus on resolving client issues quickly and effectively.
      • Proficiency in MS Office, Salesforce.com or similar CRM software.
        Preferred Qualifications:
        • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
        • Experience in SaaS, financial services, or the insurance industry.
        • Proven ability to manage and grow client relationships.
          Job Type: Full-time, ONSITE Monday to Friday
