A company is looking for a Director of Epic Applications -
Install.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the operations of the Epic Applications - Install division,
ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Oversee staff development, performance, and system configuration to
meet service levels
Collaborate with various departments to implement processes and
drive improvements in Epic Operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in public health, Healthcare Administration,
Business, or related field; Master's preferred
Experience in Healthcare IT, specifically with Epic, and a minimum
of five years in management or leadership roles
At least seven years of progressive growth in the field
Proven ability to manage change and lead teams effectively
Experience in team development and coaching
