A company is looking for a Manager of Talent Management for
Support Teams.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement talent management strategies and performance
management processes
Lead organizational development programs to enhance team
capabilities and optimize performance
Utilize data analytics to identify talent trends and measure the
effectiveness of talent initiatives
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
5+ years of experience in HR/People roles focused on talent
management or employee relations
Strong understanding of employee relations practices and employment
laws
Proven experience in implementing talent management and employee
engagement programs
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment
