Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Director, Verification &
Validation.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement the verification and validation strategy to
support business plans
Manage global V&V organization and optimize staff utilization
across projects
Oversee integration and end-to-end testing, ensuring consistency in
approach and standards
Required Qualifications
Four-year college degree in Engineering or similar discipline
At least twelve years of test management experience in a software
test environment
Experience with test automation and transformation in global
business environments
Familiarity with complex software and hardware-based systems
Ability to lead and motivate high-performance teams
