A company is looking for a Vice President of Product Design to
lead the product design and research function.
Key Responsibilities
Define and implement a design vision and strategy aligned with
business objectives
Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring quality and
consistency across all experiences
Lead and mentor a diverse team of designers and research ops,
fostering a culture of innovation
Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in product design, with 5+ years in a
leadership role
Strong portfolio demonstrating long-term design strategy and
creative UX solutions
Proficient in using quantitative and qualitative data to inform
design decisions
Experience managing design projects from concept to completion
Proficient in current design software and tools
