Job Description:
A company is looking for a Reservations Agent to provide refined
hospitality experiences.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to guest inquiries regarding room reservations,
availability, and pricing
Assist in resolving guest challenges and ensure follow-through to
exceed expectations
Accurately execute billing and financial transactions while
upselling services and offerings
Required Qualifications
Two years of experience in hospitality, spa, or reservations,
preferably at a luxury resort
Ability to create professional business correspondence
Experience in engaging positively with guests and providing
excellent customer service
Ability to work cohesively with other departments and team
members
