Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Service Management
Office (SMO) to establish and enhance IT Service Management
practices globally.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, develop, and manage a high-performing team of Service
Management professionals
Develop and implement a Service Management strategy and a
three-year roadmap for ITSM and ServiceNow
Collaborate with IT leadership and the ServiceNow team to drive
service management transformation and continuous improvement
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or
related field, or equivalent experience (12-14 years in IT Service
Management)
ITIL Certification - V4 Managing Professional or V3 Expert
5+ years of ServiceNow platform experience, including Incident,
Change, Problem, and Asset Management modules
5+ years of experience delivering transformative service management
programs
5+ years of management experience leading high-performing teams
